ECOCERT 法國有機農業認證

1991年成立於法國，為歐洲最具代表性與權威性之有機農業認證機構，是全世界有機認證的指標。ECOCERT是一家獨立運作之公司，即所謂的第三方公證（類似國內有名的SGS、全國公證INTERTEK）。針對製造商與銷售商都有嚴格的年度審核規定和要求，所以通過認證的產品，品質深受大眾信賴。

1. 完成品中必須至少5 % 原料採用來自控管性有機栽培。
2. 至少50 % 之植物性原料必需來自控管性有機栽種。對於這認証的一個較高階級還有更嚴格的條件，他們要求95 %的植物部份來自控管性有機栽培。
3. 使用之動物性原料只來自活體動物，如牛奶,蜂蠟
4. 不以產品進行動物測試
5. 禁止使用人工合成色素、香料、矽靈、人造脂肪、礦物油、矽酮和其它石油產品，基因改造之植物和動物原科，幅射照射法進行使用原料和產品之消毒殺菌。
6. 禁止聚乙二醇Polyethylenglykole 或其它的衍生物
7. 對於防腐劑種類，使用比例有嚴格的規範
8. 產品包裝需使用能回收或能自行分解材質，減少對環境的負擔。

The Soil Association is a nonprofit organization based in the United Kingdom. As the leading certification body in the UK, it works to draft organic regulations and make all organic products and their producing process meet certain standards. Soil Association standards not only comply with the EU, but comprise additional standards, so any product certified by the Soil Association will be of the highest organic quality. Soil Association Certification is the oldest and most experienced certification body in the UK.

Products with Soil Association organic symbol means:

• Products with 95% organic ingredients: At least 95% of the ingredients (except for water) are organically produced.

• Products with 70%-95% organic ingredients: At least 70%-95% of the ingredients (except for water) are organically produced. It must be labelled to show the percentage of organic ingredients within the product title.
